Gun violence is a public health crisis that can be prevented. You can join us to stand up against the threat of gun violence in the places that should feel safe, including our schools.

This crisis can only be solved when we all come together. In one voice, we can demand an end to the trauma inflicted on our young people and on entire communities.

We don’t have to live like this.

In January, we will come together with Texans from all walks of life to fight for change in the Texas Legislature. We’ll support families from Uvalde in pushing for legislation to raise the age required to purchase semi-automatic rifles to 21.

We’ll fight for laws that prevent tragedy. This means common sense policies like background checks, safe gun storage requirements, and suicide prevention measures.

We’re going to bring hundreds of people to the Capitol to advocate for these laws that save lives.

Will you stand with us, with a gift of any size, to make sure we can make our message heard, loud and clear, at the state Legislature and in our communities?

When you donate on Giving Tuesday, you’re showing that in times of uncertainty and tragedy, generosity brings us together in hope. We can end this crisis by coming together.

Thank you,

Nicole Golden

Executive Director

P.S. We’ll thank you for your gift on Giving Tuesday with this one-of-a-kind magnet, created by a TGS student intern who is a young person fighting for change. Thank you for making a donation!
